This sale is for (2 Ea) HP 342A Noise Figure Meter. This units turn on, but we do not have the 343a or other sources to test it. It is very used, so expect scratches which are mostly on the case, somer old lettering, and some old label residue. This units comes with the power cable, and a CD copy of the manual.
