CATTINAIR... EP2MI Denibbing Sander for flat and contoured parts1250 mm (49-3/16") usable width cap., 0-100 mm (4") max. thickness cap., (2)-12" dia. counter rotating spiral flutted heads. Heads are mounted at a 30o angle and oscillate (45 mm) for more uniform sanding of profiled parts such as raised panel doors. Infeed and outfeed conveyors excluded.
* Brush speeds are independently adjustable via control panel (100-400 RPM).
* Brush height is adjustable via control panel (0-100 mm).
* Oscillating brushes (60-100 cy/min).
* Conveyor speed is manualy adjustable (1.5-7.5 m/min).
