The following guidelines are applicable to all purchases:
* If a product has been used even if it was only one time, it cannot be returned.
* We cannot accept opened DVD s, Copag or KEM cards. They cannot be resold and will not be refunded.
* If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to the merchant.
