The Southbend SLGS-12SC Silver Star single deck convection oven is a heavy duty oven for all of your baking needs. This series features a stainless steel front and 72,000 BTU burners for quick temperature recovery. Double pane windows in the doors are standard, and single handle operation will operate both doors at the same time.
