2N5179 low noise rf transistors x 5
On offer are 5 x new 2N5179 low noise RF transistors
These now hard to find parts were very popular in ARRL and magazine articles during the 70' and 80's. Were also extensively used in high end test equipment and receivers as RF and IF amplifiers. Can also be used as a replacement for other NPN RF types such as the BFY90. BFY90 datasheet link has also been included.
