I bought it new years ago, whos kiddin who, I'll never use it. 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 inch chisle points with bits. I'm pretty sure everything is there, the box and paperwork is gone so look close at the pictures close.
I have one of those harbor freight drill presses. It fits it and the measurement on it is 66mm or a little shy of 2-5/8 approx. I really cant say what the quill size cause you have to tighten it down and the numbers change, so that should give you a better idea on the size.
