Flat heat press machine is a kind of heating equipment used to press images on textile
products. However, heat press on the market at present has the same size upper and lower heating platens and causes some problems in practical operation. For examples, if you want to press small patterns on pockets of clothes, projecting sewed part of the pockets will make heat press surface uneven and affect heat press quality. Besides, if you want to heat press on fabric bags and the edge of the bag is made of heat-sensitive chemical fiber, use common heat press machine will burn the edge.
In such a case, we produced this new heat press machine which includes the main part and 2 replaceable lower platens to solve the problems users ran into in practical operation. It

What is Chinese embroidery cloth appliqu
Embroidery cloth appliqu is a kind of fabric embroidery decoration which is made by embroidery machine and has hot melt glue backing. It has the features of various patterns, bright color, strong three-dimensional sense, colorfast, washable and convenient to heat press. Those features make it suitable for the decoration of garment, cap, fabric bag, throw pillow, table mat, tablecloth, curtain and so on.
1. Set heat press at 347F(175C),15s and medium pressure.
2. Place printing stock into the heat press and put embroidery cloth on the position you like.
