This is a new (unused~undamaged) open box item.
Plush styled high-back desk chair features newly enhanced leather upholstery and black metal frame and urethane arms. Swivel chair has tilt along with tilt lock and tilt tension adjustability. Five-star base with carpet casters. Seat: 21-1/2w x 20-1/2d. Back: 21-1/2w x 27h. Overall height 44-1/4" to 47-1/4". Chair Type: Rolling Chair.

Thickly padded back, seat, and arms provide support and comfort.
Wheels are specially designed to roll on carpet.
Casters supplied with this chair are not suitable for all floor types.
Alternative casters are available to meet your specific needs.

The products that we typically sell are :
1. Brand new (any warranties will be stated)
2. Overstock - inventory clearance - unused - new - items.
3. Display model - most likely sat on the shelf or store floor for display.
4. Store returned - open box - possibly lightly used - items.
5. Occasionally we obtain used items - we will clearly indicate if we obtain this as a used item.
We will do our best to indicate which one of these categories the items fall into and accurately describe the item. In most cases the only thing wrong with the item is that it does not have all or any of it's original packaging, maybe a scuff mark or two, or may be missing something. Owners manuals may or may not be included - they will be pictured or listed if they are included. We do our best to find and include a link to the manual if it is not included with the item.
Our testing department is staffed with a very hard working group of individuals that are dedicated to making sure that the inspection evaluation is done right, however the items that are tested are tested for basic functionality only. We cannot test for every feature that some of the electronic items come with and state, in the listing, what was done and what we know. Our value analysts are some of the best and we value their opinions and you will see that you can as well. Often it becomes necessary to list things as untested because we do not have the proper electrical/water etc. hookup. Unfortunately we call these items "untested" and make no guarantees about their functionality.
*We never guarantee the condition of a battery. We do not have the time to check on how long a battery will last. They are simply tested to charge up and run the item for testing purposes.
