New on paper "ammo" tape, from factory packaging.
These are used for high-current power-plane decoupling for computer motherboards, or other applications requiring large capacitance, with high current at high frequencies. This capacitor has high capacitance and a long case, to achieve high Amperes in a small aluminum electrolytic. Most of these will measure less than 10 milliOhms resistance at 100 KHz!
These have an extremely low ESR and high operating current!! At 100 KHz ratings are 0.013 Ohms Max ESR and 2.55 Amperes Max operating current. Some applications have leads and circuit traces with greater impedance!
