Motorola (NMO) base with insert-molded brass parts.. Tuneable to near perfect 50 Ohms to provide a 1.2:1 SWR at center frequency on magnetic base, with proper ground plane. Excellent for commercial, amateur radio and usage for years of use under tough conditions.
