50ml of 225 low/medium strength threadlocker for large diameter bolts and studs also use as pipe sealer.
This product must be used on clean dry grease free components
All Loctite products like these are anaerobic.
They only work when air is removed, ie when fastener is screwed in,or when joint is closed.This is why the bottles are never full and is the key to why they never go off.
They carry a short shelf life,far shorter than outlets elsewhere.The stock is new and unopened but date expired.
Please be aware that a bottle in date from any other outlet sells at 26- 30 + VAT.I know that there are cheaper alternatives to Loctite,but all OEMs recommend Loctite in their manuals.
I have sold thousands of bottles to large companies who appreciate the value of using expired stock which works perfectly for years after date has expired.
