Market Forge Ultra Steamer model 3010. 208V, s/n: 145427, mfg'd 1986. The two pans that are in the unit now have an I.D.(bottom of pan) of 11" x 18". We cleaned out the element pan(removed all sediment) and have ran the unit with water. I can guarantee that it steams. There is a timer but the heat range seems to be preset. Older unit but seems to be in good shape, found no rusted out spots or corroded wires.
