These parts are used, with some minor dings and stains from use, but we anticipate that they will work properly and come with our 14-day DOA Guarantee. The only caveat is that some additional hardware, parts or tools are required. You will need a retention knob and hose connection, as well as the appropriate drilling tools, and you will have to figure out the coolant connections to fit your mill. A high pressure coolant pump will likely also be required. From the measurements in Sandvik's catalog (page D59) we are pretty sure this is housing size 2, but the coupling adapter OD (D5t) measures 60mm so we're not quite sure what to call it.
The only part number we could find on this lot was A394.45.0-50 50 130-0, on the CAT adapter. We have several of this type of connector, and the CAT adapter was hard to rotate in this one, likely due to sticky coolant build-up. We cleaned the outside and let it soak in penetrating oil for a minute and now it spins easily by hand. NO manuals or accessories are included if not shown.
