Smoker's Bollard Ideal for loading docks and warehouses. Constructed from heavy-duty steel with a high-visibility yellow power coat finish for safety this bollard also holds discarded cigarette butts. The 1-1/4" diameter opening keeps out rain while butts are collected in an easy-to-remove steel container. Top is padlockable. Base plate includes 4 pre-drilled installation holes. All hardware for installation included. Order the optional dome base to hide bolts.
