The PC-Series are large-capacity cabinets designed for high-volume production requirements. They use ultra-high intensity, ozone-free grid tubes with up to four times the throughput of competitive systems. All six units will accommodate PC boards, metric cards and 3" - 12" (75-300mm) wafers. In addition, the PC-3300A, PC-4400A, PC-4420A and PC-8820B will accept open-face stocking tubes for mass chip erasing without unloading.
