World cup bowl filler sealer lidder - various sizes
Bought new in 2003. Used in a test market / trial product. Unused since 2006. Stored in clean dry warehouse. Unit is in like new EXCELLENT condition.
Bucket of inserts for different cup/tub sizes. Also includes a few common spare parts.
Operations: Cup is indexed from a stack in to carousel. The carousel rotates the cup into the filling station (not included - unique to user). Then the carousel rotates into the sealing station where film is applied to the cup and sealed on and trimmed to size. Then the carousel rotates to the lidder where a lid is indexed from the stack and applied onto the cup. Then the carousel rotates to the eject station where it is lifted and removed from the unit onto the users conveyor or table. Each station is operating simultaneously to provide for continuous flow.
Requires 120 V AC and compressed air to operate.
