Do I need an RA# to return my unit?
No RA# is needed for repairs or returns. Please send the radio(s) to, Midland Radio Corporation Attn: Repair Dept. 5900 Parretta Drive Kansas City, MO 64120 Along with a copy of your original sales receipt.
If I don't have my receipt, can I get warranty repair?
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt. If you do not have a receipt, flat rate charges will apply. Call us for current flat rate pricing, (***)-241-8500.
