This is a Used Plymold Interior Trash Receptacle
It includes the plastic trash can for the inside
This unit is in very good condition. It has been painted red over a orange formica. You could clean this up and repaint to the color you need.
It is not beat up or damaged much. It is a very good unit still and has many years of use left in it. The trash receptacle door is in Very Good Condition, the swinging Thank You door swings free and easy. Paint it again and be proud to display it in your dining room.

This came from a restaurant in Missouri that closed a few weeks ago, it has always been inside and has no moisture damage.
