This is an Alto Shaam EDSYS-96 Halo Heat Hot Deli Display System that is in EXCELLENT pre-owned condition. It was purchased by a small pasta shop in 2001, and only used for about 1 hour a day over a 6 month time period. It has been stored ever since.
This system includes one ED-96 display case mounted on top of a low profile European style base which includes one storage shelf. The base features the Morocco Red Vinyl Decorator Panel (which is an added feature). It is on casters for easy moving and positioning.
This is an 8 foot cook/hold/serve system.
