The DSXPERT line of products provides full-time performance monitoring, access to multiple test devices, point-and-click line testing, and local or remote management with a variety of user interfaces. DSXPERT features built-in jacks for convenience. From a central location, a technician can remotely connect DSXPERTtest equipment to the DS1 or DS3 line and perform functions for a fraction of the cost of a DCS product and without the expense of dispatching a technician to isolate a problem.-ADC Telecommunications, Inc.
This one powers up... and all the lights and indicators work when you press the "lamp test" button... no flashing lights or errors when powered up...
