HELICOIL SCREW THREAD INSERT PREWINDER & TAP 7/8-14
This listing is for 1 used prewinder mandrel insertion tool, 1 used drilling tap, and 5 new inserts, all in good general condition, as seen. There is some minor cosmetic wear to the prewinder, and a few spots of light surface rust on the tap, but these small blemishes do not effect performance. Tool, tap, and inserts are all size 7/8-14. Screw thread inserts are used when the original thread of a hole has been worn and is no longer useable. When they are installed into Heli-Coil tapped holes, they provide permanent conventional 60' internal screw threads that accommodate any standard bolt or screw.
