YOU ARE LOOKING AT THE FOWLER UNIVERSAL TEST SET. THIS SET IS USED AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURES, THIS SET SHOWS VERY LITTLE TO NO WEAR.
