This unit takes a 9 volt 1 Amp Power Adapter which I do not have. The unit can run on 4 D Cell Batteries. You'll have to purchase some new pens and charts for this unit from Omega.
I was not able to find a model number for this Humidity and Temperature Recorder. However this is a similar unit to the Omega CTpH Unit and you can click the link to find instructions for the pH unit .
