* A person is Chronically sick or disabled if he or she is physically or mentally impaired which has a substantial adverse effect on his or her ability carry out normal daily activities. This is to personal decision, even the need to use a cane for walking is considered reasonable.
* You have a condition which the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness, such as Diabetes, Stroke, Arthritis or It is considered to be Terminal
* The goods must be specifically for the use of by the disabled person and for domestic use. These goods are eligible for VAT exemption

Goods may be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt for any other reason. The return is at your cost. Unfortunately, goods which do not comply with this condition may not be returned. We shall reimburse you within 7 days of our receipt of the returned goods.
