I have a HP 4145B Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer which i will disect and sell off parts. This unit had an unstable display but it did pass the self test. Because it is now just a spare machine i had removed the floppy drive to fix another unit. The bottom line is that aside from a shaky display and no floppy drive i think everything else is in good order.
