This was sitting in a storage bin.
All I know is that this is some sort of ac/dc motor control, at least that is what I think.
I think it is made by Wer Industrial but not sure, so do your own research.
But no guarantee on this item.

It looks used, but it looks in reasonably OK cosmetic condition, at least in my eyes.
Some stains here and there, but nothing looks broken, at least in my eyes.
