THESE HIGH HEAT SPATULAS ARE MADE FOR COMMERCIAL USE, BUT ARE A GREAT ADDITION TO ANY HOME KITCHEN. ONE IS A REGULAR SHAPED SPATULA AND THE OTHER IS DESCRIBED AS A SPOONULA. THE SPOONULA IS GREAT FOR GETTING THAT LAST LITTLE BIT OUT OF A PAN OR BOWL BECAUSE IT SEEMS TO CONFORM TO THE CONTOURS.
These spatulas are both 9.5 inch long. Both have red handles and the heads are white that measure 3.5 by 2.25 inches.
They have silicone blades and nylon handles
They resist heat up to 500 degrees F/ 260 degrees C
The small rest keeps the blade off the counter tops to reduce cross contamination
Blades are stain resistant (no tomato sauce staining!!!) They won t scratch the pans and they won t curl under the heat
They are NSF certified and commercial dishwasher safe
