USED: Stephan vertical cutter-mixer, model UMC12-F/3, 304 stainless steel. (1) 12 liter jacketed mixing bowl approximately 12-1/2" diameter x 7" deep. Dished top cover with sightglass. Unit includes (1) cutting head, (1) Busch vacuum pump, (1) Hakke water bath. Mixer driven by an approximate 1.8 kw (2.5 hp), 3/60/208 volt, 150-3000 rpm motor. Mounted on a stainless steel cabinet with casters.
