250mW+ 780nm Infra-red High Power Burning Laser Diode Builtin Driver Module with Adjustable Glass Lens

This laser diodes are rated for Class IIIb 250mW @780-795nm CW extract from new(never used) CD Bunner Driver.
This diode have been probed to be very stable at high power output ranging from 250mW.
This diode must use proper heat sink for high power drive.
The ideal use of this open can diode is 250mW CW at 320mA with glass lens.
Output : 250mW at DC 4.5V(3xAA) battery 318mA
Lens : Adjustable focus Glass lens
Housing : Diameter 12mm, Lenth 35mm, cable lenth 30cm(red is plus, black is minus) with connector.
Driver : 3.5-5.0V(must not over 5.1V include ripple) - Power souce must supply more than 500mA
320mA switch mode constant current Driver DC input power source voltage range 3.5-5.0V.
