Materials Needed to make a prototype PCB:
Atching Solution: Ferric Chloride
Developer Solution: Sodium Hydroxide
Developing the exposed PCB is the most dificult part of the process. After throwing away numerous pieces of the raw PCB, I finally wised up.
While exposing the main PCB, I'd expose a few small pieces (using any extra materials) together. I ll then test the sodium hydroxide solution using these small pieces untill the concentration is perfect. Then put in the main PCB.
Try it, saves your plenty of heartache!
