Watkins Johnson circuit board card for the model WJ999, WJ1000 & WJ1500 series of deposition tools. This is the MCSDS card, the Multi-Channel Serial Data Switch board card WJ part number 910623-001 and schematic number 910624-001. This card is the 17 card located in the main electrical box and routes data back and forth between the PC and the controllers. The MCSDS acts as a software-controlled 1-8 position switch, allowing the PC to communicate seperately with each controller by polling each, one at a time. Card is screened PWB 910622-001 as this is the card artwork P/N.
This card is original WJ mfg and unused in its anti-stat bag. I didnt want to open bag to take pic on card.
Included with the card will be:
-the PDF version of the card 910623-001 on optical disc and additional hard printed copy which includes BOM listing all parts on card
-the PDF version schematic 910624 on optical disk and additional hard printed copy
-a hard copy of the exploded view location of the cards in the electronic enclosure
