* We do not offer refunds on freight claims. Freight claims are processed through the applicable freight carrier. Once a claim has been filed and processed by the freight carrier, settlement can be made to you.
* Items may be picked up at our warehouse. If you require assistance in loading, you will be charged $20.00 per item.
* All freight quotes are for a business address with a loading dock or fork lift for removal of the item(s) from the truck.
* If a business delivery requires a lift gate truck there will normally be an additional $60.00 added onto the freight rate by the freight carrier.
* For a residential delivery, there will normally be an additional $60.00 added onto the freight rate by the freight carrier.
