Operating temp: 150F to 500 F max.
Burner : 1.5 million BTU burner
Controls: Touch screen with Bake timer , powder gel timer, auto cool down and auto shut off.
Nema 1 enclosure , main disconnect , VFD's for blower ,
Air circulation : blower 23,000 CFM with 7.5 H.P. motor with vfd
Exhaust Blower: 15' backward incline plug fan with .75 H.P. motor
Oven will be built in 4 sections at JC Metal Fabrication.
Oven will be built with a steel structure main frame with 6 panels connected to it.
Walls will be 6 inches thick tongue and grooved panels insulated with 8 lbs Density insulation. Wall panels will be skinned with 20 gauge aluminized sheet steel. All interior ducts will be made of 18 gauge aluminized sheet steel. The oven
will have adjustable louvered vents down both side walls for circulation of heated air and the ability to balance the air movement. The oven will have double doors on BOTH ends and each door will be 7 6 x10 .Doors will be made with one side latched tight and other will be equipped with a Brixon safety latch.
The interior structural steel will be painted with high temp aluminum paint. To match the rest of the interior
