AMAT P5000 Robot Drive Assy. 8" 0010-13321 working
This Applied Materials robot assembly is used, working surplus. It was removed from an AMAT P5000 tool. The physical condition is good, but there are some signs of use. Also, there is a broken bit in one screw hole (see photos below). It does not appear to affect the robot.
