HP Agilent 54753A TDR/TDT Module, 2 Ch. Ch 1 to 18 GHz, Ch 2 to 20 GHz
The HP 54753A is a two-channel vertical plug-in with a TDR step generator built into channel one.
The bandwidth of the TDR/vertical channel is 18 GHZ. The bandwidth of channel two is 20 GHz.
The step generator provides a 200 mV TDR step with a system rise time of <45 ps.
* Vertical resolution: 12 bits (15 with averaging)
* 2.5 GHz bandwidth trigger channel
I don't know the calibration method for this. I have attempted the calibration of this with HP 54750A mainframe by soft keys at 18 deg C,
but finally "Calibration fail" message displayed as like photos. Refer to photos descriptions.
2. HP 54753A + HP 54750A after power on, "Mainframe is uncalibrated" message
3. HP 54753A + HP 54750A after a sample cable is connected on HP 54753A
4. After calibration HP 54753A, "Calibration fail" message displayed
5. Neverthless "Calibration fail" message, "Exit" and a sample cable is connected on HP 54753A ...may be partially calibrated ??
