Eagle Technology PCI-703-64A 64-Channel PCI Analog Input
You can get a complete spectrum of data-acquisition functions with only a single board. The PCI-703-64A board provides 64 channels of analog input data with 3 counter/timers, 18 DIO lines, deep 4096-sample FIFOs, and independently programmable gains per channel. This DA model also includes two channels of 14-bit analog output with the ability to generate output waveforms.

Channel/gain queue lets you choose order and gain setting for channel sampling.
10 Gohms in parallel with 100 pF maximum.

Maximum working voltage is +/- 11V relative to analog ground. Do not attempt
