Convection combo, single or 3 phase, double stack oven
The combo oven steamer can roast and bake like a convection oven, poach and steam like a convection steamer, or cook foods in a combination super-heated 575 F max, steam/convection air mode. A unique cavity design and solid state touch panel controls provide more accurate temperature control and faster cooking times at lower temperatures than convection ovens or convection steamers. Pan capacity (7) 13 x 18" bake pans or (4) 12 x 20 x 21 2" steam table pans.
