This is the new more compact model, with a brighter pulse laser(helps in sunlight)
I called Pacific Laser to have have my original pls 5 calibrated and serviced. They told me they could no longer calibrate or service it and offered a discount on the new model if I sent them mine. By the time it got here my job description had suddenly changed and I no longer need it.
The new unit came with a carrying case, floor mount, holster case and instruction manual. The floor target and magnetic mount are from my original unit. (Both are in excellent condition) It's never been used. It's only been out of the box to test it and for pictures.
