Porter Cable FLOOR Belt Sander....Type BB10.....Heavy Duty......Professional Duty.....Built especially for refinishing wood floors. This unit is super heavy and does the job right. Has front and rear handle. Dustless model with collection bag. Older commercial model. Has had metal case repaired from crack a long time ago. Has long chord. 110v. This unit has been stored and unused for a long time and will need to have the old grease removed from gears and have fresh grease put in, as the old grease has hardened and is making the unit sluggish and not spin. After service it should a very good and strong unit to sand hardwood floors with. Comes with papers.....Its older, heavy duty, used, needs normal services, and will be super strong.......YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!
