Returns and Refund Policy: Please communicate with us about faults within 7 days of receipt and you will receive a return slip to authorise the goods direct return to China.
When the goods have been received by our partner with a properly completed returns slip and confirmed by their technical team as faulty, defective, or of unacceptable quality you will be provided with either a replacement or a refund for the product.
Postage Charges are NOT REFUNDABLE.
All Packaging must be sent along with the item, and no damage is to be found on packaging such as torn instructions, or damaged boxes. Please note that refunds will not be processed with these damages.
