This tractor runs well but has some blow-by and sometimes a little smoke in the exhaust. The only other mechanical problems I know of are that the tractor drips some oil, weeps a little gasoline from the carburetor, and has a little slop in the steering. Rear rims are in good condition with some minor rust. Rear tires are Firestone 13.6-38, matched, fair condition with good tubes. Front tires are new Firestone 6-ply with tubes, with new grease seals and repacked bearings on the front wheels. New oil seals on PTO and both brakes. New belts, headlight seals, air cleaner hose, ammeter, oil pressure gauge, and temperature gauge, all from OEM Tractor Parts. New wiring for ignition and lighting circuits. New antifreeze, engine oil, hydraulic oil, and transmission case gear oil. Fenders are straight but each one has two small mounting holes drilled through it. Hydraulic valve works smoothly. Belt pulley is in good condition. Lightbar toolbox opens fine and is not rusted through. Throttle lever assembly is like new, with square notched teeth rather than the triangular sawcut teeth. Hood is straight and complete, all four latches work. Grille is fair but has been patched below the insert. Paint looks okay from 100 feet.
The eight outdoor photos shown here were taken May 9th, 2010, with the engine running and lights on. The last four photos are from a few years ago as I was working on the tractor and show the following:
1. One of the brakes, after I put in new oil seals.
2. One of the front wheels, after installing new grease seals and repacking the bearings.
3. Voltage regulator and generator, after running new wiring.
4. PTO running, with new oil seal in place.
