BRAND NEW still in original box MILCOR Universal Fire Rated Access Door.
This door is equipped with an interior latch release .Pressing down on the release moves the latch bolt back to unlatch the door.
Can be used for horizontal and or vertical installation . Dimensions are 14" x 14" ..Door 12" x 12"....
Listed ceiling access door assembly :
1 hour rated in wood framed construction
Fire rating : 1 - 1 1/2 Hr ( B)
Temperature rise 30 min . 250 F maximum. Costs over $200.... i am asking $150..
