This is a Used Gold-Plated Vacuum Thermo Wafer Chuck in open box. It is 8" in diameter and specifically designed for 200mm wafers. The top is gold-plated, and bottom is white plastic. The unit has not been tested. Cosmetically, the unit is in good condition with very minor wear.
