1KG choux pastry easy powder mix 4 eclairs/buns etc
Choux pastry is for making Eclairs,Choux Buns, Profiteroles and even choux parisienne. This easy powder mix makes life simple, just add water and mix!!! Choux pastry can be quite hard to make, this mix just needs water adding and mixing together, what about profiteroles filled with our cold set custard, or chocolate eclairs filled with cream!! mmmm!! Simply add water, mix then use a piping bag to deposit onto grease proof paper then bake.

would you believe the postman came an hour ago with my goodies and I've already made vanilla slices. I added a couple of teaspoons of vanilla extract to the custard and the flavour is fantastic! Can't wait to try the bread now. many thanks
Hi Emma, thanks the custard was the best , I made a brill cake when i got in from work today, My cakes never last but crazy this cake is almost gone a hit. Just bought some more. Will try the bread enhancer over the weekend. Hi Emma, many thanks by the way the cake went, so must be good hee hee, Just got in from work breadmaker out gonna try it out i made some early in the wk it was rubbish, but didn't have your improver then,i tried dif yeast also so here goes.
