These caps have the following printed on them;
WMFG 4P22 1K> 22 MFD 10%> 400VDC CDET
The tag in the bags states that they are from
CORNWELL DUBILIER ELECTRONICS (a distributor?)
Dated Oct. 9, 1998? And Made in Taiwan
These caps came from a horn factory that went out of business and are new in the original packaging.
