We aim for the orders to be dispatched via Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Most items will be sent out the next working day but we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of cleared funds. Parcel Force deliveries MUST be signed for.
For European Union, please allow up to 14 working days from confirmation of order for delivery. For Rest of the world please allow up to 20 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
*This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or described goods, or your right to cancel orders under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product. If trying on items with health or hygiene sensitivities, such as Health Support Bandages, please do so over other clothes. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you wish to make a return, please make sure you send a copy of your invoice and return your unworn/unused item to the address below within 14 days of the purchase date.

Please ask for a "Proof of posting certificate" as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost in transit. We recommend Recorded / Special Delivery.
If the fault has developed within 28 days of delivery we will offer a refund, including postage costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to SmartcablesUK for assessment and verification of the fault.
If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
