Brand New Miraco MiraFount 3354-S, 70-Gallon, ENERGY FREE, Grade Mounted "Beef & Dairy Cattle" Automatic Waterer.
This Listing is for a NON-HEATED Waterer. This 3354-S is Marketed as "ENERGY FREE" since the Ball Type Closure Prevents Surface Freezing of the Water and the Insulated Body Keeps the Tank from Freezing - But it's all Dependant on a Minimum Amount of Water Consumption by the Livestock. So for the Coldest regions, be sure to Size your Waterer Properly!
* 70 Gallon Capacity Makes this Waterer Suitable for up to 200 Head of Beef Cattle or 90 Head of Dairy Cows.
* Dimensions are 57.5" Long X 32.5" Wide X 19" Tall. Weight is 152lb's.
* Waterer has an Easy Open Dome Cover (for Access to Valve Area) and Drinking Compartment (for Clean Out & Service).
* Waterer is Secured in Four Locations.
* Stainless Steel Anchor Brackets & Bolts are Included.
* The 3354-S is Available Only in Black.
* Waterer is made with High Impact Polyethylene Jacketing and Filled with 2" to 3" of Urethane Foam Insulation.
* Smooth Radius's to Avoid Sharp Corners & Edges to Deter Animals from Rubbing on the Waterer!
* With the Poly Jacketing, Clean up is a Piece of Cake, and There's no Build up of Bacteria or Algae!
* With the Ball Type Water Hole Closers, this Waterer is Suitable to be Used In the Coldest Regions!
* Two Water Hole Openings are 9.5" Diameter, and the Ball Type Closers are 10.75" Diameter.
* An Initial Training of the Livestock (to Drink from the Openings) will be required.
* Hardware for Keeping the Ball from Completely Closing the Water Hole During a Training Period is Included.
* End Covers can be Removed to use as an Open Waterer.
* To Ensure a Trouble Free Waterer, make Certain the Underground Water Line Riser to the Waterer is Protected From Freezing!
