This is a NEW calf halter. Heavy double ply nylon with adjustment over the poll and under the throat. Eyelet holes. Heavy brass plated hardware. Control chain under chin.
The measurements on this are about 38" over the poll at the largest and a 17" throat strap at the largest setting . The top of the noseband (nylon only) is about 8". Please check the measurements to see if this will fit what you need.
