Controflex Under-Rug Switching Runner strips are 3/32" thick and can be cut to any length using regular scissors. The strips have a 5 lb. nominal foot pressure, and can be installed easily by crimped, twisted, or soldered connection. They provide excellent area sensing for concealed indoor alarms and controls.
Each runner is constructed of parallel switching elements encased in strong yellow tinted film. Designed for indoor use only, the runners install against the floor under a rug, rubber runner, or matting.
They operate superbly under plywood or masonite, on which may be fastened most types of flooring.WARNING : THIS PRODUCT IS NOT INTENDED TO BE USED AS A SAFETY DEVICE
