Surface grinder spindle spanner nut machine parts 1-3/4
This is for one nice spanner nut. Typically you see these on surface grinder spindles to hold the wheel in place but they are also used on many other types of spindles such as Timesaver belt sanders, etc.
This one has approx. a 1-3/4" diameter RIGHT HAND threads, I am guessing because I have no way to accurately measure the od of the threads inside a nut, but the id of the threads measures 1.709" and it is 18 threads per inch right hand.
Overall outside diameter of the nut is 2.536"
This threads are in good shape, looks like it has had very little use.
